Recently Long Island MMA fighter and coach Chris Wade won his 4th fight inside the UFC. Chris has a very strong grappling background being a collegiate wrestler and an accomplished submission grappler.

In Chris’ last fight in order to get the fight to the mat Chris hit one of his signature moves, The Headlock Throw. Chris was able to hit this technique in 3 of his 4 UFC bouts. In the below video Chris takes us through the proper way to attack and finish his signature technique.
