Long Island MMA Christmas schedule.

Christmas Eve (12/24) – we will be having a no-gi jiu-jitsu class at 10am and then the Henri Hooft seminar at 12. Henri Hooft Seminar is open FREE to all Long Island MMA members.

Christmas day we will be closed

Long Island MMA Islip (Long Island MMA – Gold’s Gym) will be closed both days but members will be allowed to go to Farmingdale.

Long Island MMA is looking forward to training on Christmas eve with you all!
