Long Island MMA will be hosting a Henri Hooft seminar! This time Henri will come down to the gym and he will Rank every Long Island MMA member attending the seminar in his system. Your ranking will advance you through to our level 2 and 3 classes. As more of our members rank up we will add more classes to our schedule. The seminar will be 120 and you will recieve an offical Henri Hooft Ranking Certificate as well as a Offical H Kickboxing X Long Island MMA ranked class shirt!
