Easter Sunday Training at Long Island MMA

Long Island MMA always tries to host some type of training on holidays. On Easter Sunday 4/16/17 at 9am Long Island MMA will host a No-gi grappling class for all those interested! We hope you guys can come down and train with us and continue the tradition of training on a holiday.
