Kimura Month!

As always the month of April is kimura month at Long Island MMA!

Long Island MMA (West Babylon) is open tomorrow (2/5) at 5pm

Tomorrow (monday 2/5/23) our 6am bjj class, 10 am h-kickboxing class and 11am Brazilian jiu-jitsu class will be held at @longislandmma_islip (limma inside Golds Gym) Starting at 5pm we will hold all our normally scheduled classes at our new facility @li_mma (669 sunrise highway west Babylon)
