It’s that time of year again! Come take your before pictures, weigh in and get your body fat percentage taken on or after April 3rd. The competition will end on June 30th. Tomorrow (monday 2/5/23) our 6am bjj class, 10 am h-kickboxing class and 11am Brazilian jiu-jitsu class will be held at @longislandmma_islip (limma inside Golds Gym) Starting at 5pm we will hold all our normally scheduled classes at our new facility @li_mma (669 sunrise highway west Babylon)
