Dallas Texas was home to UFC 171 and also home to another amazing performance by rising UFC star Dennis Bermudez. Dennis was able to TKO submission ace Jimmy Hettes in the third round, but not before he put on a highlight reel performance of dynamic striking, submission attempts, and high velocity slams. This win over Hettes was six in a row for Bermudez (tied for longest streak in UFC Featherweight division with champion Jose Aldo) and was impressive enough to earn the Long Island MMA fighter a “Performance of the night” bonus.  Great job Dennis!
