We will be having a viewing party for UFC’s The Ultimate Fighter Season 14 on Wednesday night at 9:00 PM.  TUF Cast member “The Menace” Dennis Bermudez will be there signing autographs and hanging out.  Long Island MMA will be giving away a free month of training to the member who brings the most friends, make sure to see a Long Island MMA trainer for a headcount of the buddies you brought down.
