Congratulations to Joe who was awarded his Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Blue Belt by BJJ Black Belt Gregg DePasquale.  Joe has been training at Long Island MMA since we first opened and is one of the next generation rising stars of the LIMMA team.  Great job Joe, keep up the hard work!
