Newsday was at Long Island MMA and Fitness Center this past week where they shot a video of “The Menace” Dennis Bermudez during a training session.  Some of the fighters and trainers in this video also include Ryan LaFlare, Gregg DePasquale, Ryan Needle, Chris Wade, Gregor Gillespie, Brian Michelino, and Rob Labiento.
