Long Island MMA is open New Years Eve for the following classes:
10am – Hkickboxing
11am – Brazilian jiu-jitsu
3pm –  No-gi jiu-jitsu
5pm – Kids bjj class

Long Island MMA – Gold’s Gym is closed but member’s from Gold’s may come to Farmingdale.

New years day (tomorrow) 
Long Island MMA Farmingdale is open for the following classes:
5pm – Brazilian jiu-jitsu
6pm – Kickboxing class
7pm – Sparring

Long Island MMA – Golds Gym (islip) is open for the following classes:
4:30pm – Kids bjj class
