Long Island MMA Memorial Day Hours

Long Island MMA farmingdale will be having one class on memorial day. 5pm Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in the Gi.

Farmingdale will also have an open mat from 5-7pm

Islip (Gold’s Gym) will be closed.
(Gold’s Gym members are welcome to come to Farmingdale to class)
