Congratulations to our team members that competed and won at The Good Fight Grappling Tournament as well as the 2013 Grapplers Quest World Championship over the past couple weeks.  We had many members place in these tournaments and brought home 8 Gold Medals including an amazing performance by Frank “The White Belt” Sforza competing in 8 divisions in one day and bringing home a total of 5 first place finishes. Great job by the following Long Island MMA members, who all won first place medals and belts.
