Long Island MMA and Fitness Center will be having a “3rd” of July party!  The party is on Sunday July 3rd starting at 3:00 PM and ending around midnight.  The address of the party is 66 Lambeth Street, Holbrook New York (Chris Sozio’s House).  When you come by the gym please put your name and the number of guests you will be bringing on the sign up sheet so we have an idea of how much food and beverages to buy.  We hope to see you all there!
