Congratulations to Long Island MMA’s Frank Sforza AKA Frank “The White Belt” for getting promoted to the rank of Brown belt from Gregg DePasquale. Frank is one of the longest LIMMA members and one of the toughest competitors at LIMMA. Frank won the Pan Ams when he was a purple belt, and is featured on Long Island MMA’s “Wall of Champions” more then anyone else! Congratulations Frank everyone who has ever trained with you knows its well earned!

Another HUGE congratulations goes out to John Gillespie. John just got promoted to the rank of Purple belt from Gregg DePasqaule during our Monday night Brazilian jiu-jitsu class! John has improved leaps and bounds over the last few months, John has a very unique BJJ style and plays to his body type really well, but at the same time John is hungry to learn and perfect all techniques. Well earned John!
