Herni Hooft is the head striking coach of one of the biggest and most successful MMA camps in the entire world the Blackzillian. Henri Coaches some of the top strikers in MMA like Vitor Belfort, Rashad Evans, Ryan LaFlare and Anthony Johnson. Not only does he coach MMA on the highest level but also kickboxing, in addition to training the top tier MMA guys he also works with Kickboxing world champions like Alister Overeem and Tyrone Spong.

Henri has been down to Long Island MMA a handful of times and always bring a great perspective that leaves our students ahead of the curve. On Monday the 13th it was no different, Henri came down and did a two hour workshop that was filled with tips and tricks that you will only learn from someone of Henri’s caliber.
