Ryan LaFlare and Chris Wade were both victorious in their recent ROC fights.  Ryan captured the Welterweight title and improved his record to 7-0 by submitting his tough opponent Andrew Osborne in the third round with an armlock.  Chris Wade defeated veteran fighter Mike Medrano in an exciting unanimous decision victory.  Great job to both Long Island MMA fighters and trainers, hard work pays off!
