Grapplers Quest World Championships
The Long Island MMA team went to the Grapplers Quest World Championships this past Saturday. Altogether we brought home Two Gold Medals and Five Silver Medals. Congratulations to Gold Medal Winners Frank “The White-Belt” Sforza and John Garcia!
Great Fight “The Menace” Dennis Bermudez
Dennis Bermudez made all of us proud at The Ultimate Fighter Season 14 Finale this past Saturday. Despite the loss, Dennis looked great throughout the fight, and did us all proud. Dennis continues to prove that he has what it takes to be a champion and is already training to become a better fighter.

Long Island MMA fighter “The Menace” Dennis Bermudez moves on to the live finale of TUF season 14. Dennis secured his spot in the finals by submission with a guillotine choke in the first round. The finale will be shown live on Spike TV on Saturday December 3rd.
