Long Island MMA Islip will be closed for labor day this coming Monday. Long Island MMA Farmingdale will be running a 11:30am Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class, In the gi. We will also be hosting open-mat from 9:30am to 1:30pm. We hope you all enjoy the holiday!
