One of Long Island BJJ’s finest, Lito Gil, thought he was having a quiet and relaxing morning with his family, he couldn’t have been more wrong.  Just as he was finishing up with his morning paper his daughter (almost three years old) DEMANDED a glass of milk.  When Lito refused she proceeded to shout out at the top of her lungs “ARM-BAR!”  It was then that Lito’s world went black, “She jumped up and hit me with the fastest arm-lock I have ever seen, that’s all I remember.”  Luckily, Lito’s wife was on hand to take this photo as evidence.  Use this as a lesson guys, this is what happens when Brazilian Jiu Jitsu techniques are put in the hands of the wrong person, they can and will be used against you!

The perpetrator could not be reached for comments.  Lito will be back to full health, but sustained minor psychological and physical injuries as a result of the attack.
