On Monday night at Long Island MMA Farmingdale long time member Manny Clairent, got promoted to blue belt. Manny has been working very hard balancing going to school to become a lawyer and being a MMA fighter. Manny makes the commitment to coming to Long Island MMA at the 6am and the 7am morning classes even though his schedule is packed. We are very proud of Manny and we have seen a major improvement in his overall Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu game. Looking forward to seeing his improvements.
